Many scoff ‘they don’t believe in New Year’s Resolutions’
but m.a.y.b.e 365 days is too daunting. Maybe 182 days??
Years ago, my gym would promote Half-Year Resolutions on July 1st.
Reason?
-Get people to stay focus over the summer
-6 months is still quite a bit of time reach significant goals by year end
-Lays a good foundation for the Fall when many gain weight
before the holidays
...just to name a few.
Let’s GO!!

I’d better get started on my NewYear’s resolutions!😜🥳 I did lose a little weight, I am in a happy relationship, I am cutting down on spending(no choice) I feel like I need to do so much more. I usually feel more energetic once the b e r s are here. Sept oct nov dec. It defaulted to beers lol!
