95 years old today.

She is still in mourning and has no celebration planned for today, not even having her usual official birthday photo taken and released.

Harry didn't stick around for her b-day and is back in CA.

She is certainly an amazing lady. Still looks good. I hope I look as well as she does when I am that age. My mother lived to be 101 and looked equally good, so I hope some of those good genes came down to me.

Not surprised she is not celebrating in a big way. But hopefully by the time they officially celebrate her birthday during the summer, she will be able to have a nice day.

I wish her all the best @Pearlee, as I know many of us do... As for Harry, I'd read where he wanted to stick around for her birthday so either the report was wrong, he was 'ordered' back to the US, or his reception in the UK wasn't of the warm-fuzzy-open arms variety, which would be understandable in my opinion. Regardless, I hope her majesty's birthday exceeds what are likely low expectations in light of her recent loss.

It was well known/reported that he had only planned to stay a week and wanted to get back to his wife, who is expected to have the baby this month (I think that is what the report said, that she is due this month). He has said several times that he and his "granny" are very close. She perhaps told him that he needs to be with his wife. I can't imagine she would begrude him from wanting to get back to his wife. But I could be wrong on that.

@Pearlee Oh, you are probably right. I couldn't remember. Maybe it is because her doctor advised her not to travel that I thought it was sooner. Thanks for the correction.
