I don't see anything wrong with his looks.

I like longer hair on men and I like the unshaven look. He's also an extremely talented guy--look at his accomplishments.

Not a fan of the hair but I think he's pretty good looking. He reminds me a little bit of Luke Wilson who I find pretty yummy. Smiley Happy

He looks a little greasy to me. I like short hair and a smooth face. Guess I'm out of step with this type of look.
