I ski. This will be a hard one to prove. Any resort, mountain I have seen pretty much states once you are on the run you risk being with other skiers. At your own risk kind of thing. I was off to the side of the run adjusting my gloves and poles and my own husband plowed into me hard. To be honest a good many skiers can be “out of control” on the run. Even on the bunny slopes there is a good amount of risk.

Hummm??? Three years is a long time to wait. My guess is the lawyers he talked to told him he didn't have a chance in @#$ of going forward with this lawsuit. Then he finally hit upon a lawyer who'd take the case.
I'm not doubting he was hurt. I just have to wonder if it went down the way he was telling the story.
My daughter goes skiing (mostly in Colorado) every weekend. She was actually in Park City last weekend. She said she hates going there because there are so many celebrities there and it's super expensive. Most people only go there to be seen.
All of that said. It is probably frustrating for him (if what he says is true) because it would be an uphill battle against a celebrity.
Hard to believe though that so many people see it different than the way he does.

I am a neutral corner. I don't know what happened, but , he has a right to his day in court.

Did you read news articles about your assertions or are you just speculating?

(Raised Eyebrows)
I listened to the interview w/ Mr. Anderson & his lawyers.
One of the answers which gave me squint-eye was:
(asking if they were offered compensation):
Reporter: “Have you reached out to her people?
Attorney: “We haven’t...I can’t remember if they offered anything or
not but if they did it was not very much.”
And the attorney said they only had the case for 3 months....
————————-
This was the Bandana Run, which is a ‘green’ level...lots & lots of kids.
They said he was at the end of the run (which feeds into the lodge area).
I would bet he was off to the side & merged right in front of her &
she ran into him. They kept reiterating ‘he was in front of her’ and
by merging, technically he was...but I would bet it was unexpected.
I’m also guessing there were lots of people around the area...
unlike the picture I had of them alone on a side of a mountain.
He was far enough away to ride in a rescue toboggan, which
bounced him around, but also ‘near the end of the run.’

If it happened as he claims Paltrow should have stopped and checked if he was ok. Maybe ask him to get checked out immediately, find out if she caused all those injuries.

There might be a lot of he said, she said, before this is over. It is always best to hear everyone out ,before jumping,on any band wagons, in my opinion
Even people you don't like, or agree with, should be heard, before deciding, if you want to be fair

I floated around Twitter looking at different responses and
surprisingly, since she’s one of the Interweb’s ‘chosen’ ones
to hate for no Earthly reason, the responses have been
#TeamGoop or #TeamGwyneth. Many question the 3yr delay.

Moral of the story is Gwyneth needs ski lessons. Since I was not there it is hard to say what happened but it is hard to believe that Gwyneth would hit into this man and leave him == human nature that you would ask if the person is okay or something. Hopefully, he is not after the money because she is an actress with money.

Lawsuits are never fast unless they are settled out of court.
