Someone must be? Sad to think that they would fall for such an email.

I hear Hall an Oates singing in my head ... ""You're a Rich Girl!"" ROTFL

Fate whispers to her, "You cannot withstand the storm." She whispers back, "I am the storm."

Never seen this particular one - I have seen/gotten the ones that someone is the heir to a large sum of money in another country, and to get the money out of that country, he will need you to send (______$ amount) to pay the small tax amount and if you are willing to help, you'll get a huge share.

Its usually so filled with misspelled words and grammatical errors its downright comical! I'm guessing that most laugh and move on, but there must always be someone gullible enough for them to continue doing so.

Re: Guess I will be living the high life soon!

You wouldn't believe the number of people who fall for this.

We had a client once who kept sending someone money because they contacted her and told her she had won an out of the country lottery (that she never entered, mind you.) Twice she sent them several thousands of dollars and then called us when she wasn't getting her millions.

When she was told by our office it was a scam, she really became beligerent and told us we didn't know what we were doing.

She sent more money a third time and then the light bulb went on that she had been hosed. {#emotions_dlg.ohmy}
