I wouldn't donate cards to a county jail. I'd feel terrible if a prisoner sent a card I'd provided to a woman he is trying to scam or take advantage of in some way. A lot of women are gullible about prisoners and I'm not going to facilitate (by providing supplies) any wool being pulled over someone's eyes or requests for money.  I donate cards to the local thrift store whose proceeds go to the Amerixan Cancer Society.
