Having worked in vitamins at Whole Foods I am familiar with the quality of vitamins and got training from nearly all companies, very good. Website is Vitacost.com. Now this company is offering for much better prices products like New Chapter (still the best in my book - organic) and Rainbow Light, also excellent for much lower prices. No matter how much you order, the S&H is never higher than $4.99 and order usually takes 2-3 days before it arrives. So really good.

Ladies, do pay attention that some vits have 18 mg iron, which can be toxic if you are over 50 and can cause death, if taken continuously. heard this from my dr. b-i-l and sister, who had one pt to whom this happened and died in a very painful way. I usually take 1 day a vit. with 3-6 iron, another one w/o the next day and on and on, and that seems to be ok.

Hope you will also get use of of this and again, they have the generic (NSI - which i don't use) but all top vits. brands from the best companies in the country. Forgot to say they sell also supplements and body care, incl. Burt's Bees, with the same great discounts. Take a look at it, and every month there are more superb brands added.
