Katy was great! I told my family that was my favorite half-time performance after Cher.

The daughter of a minister kept it classy for her younger fans who were watching. We ALL enjoyed it, and "Firework" was fantastic!!! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

ITA! She had a strict upbringing and sang in the church choir.

I like Katy a lot, and know people with young kids, who all are fans, too! I'm proud of her for giving a performance that the whole family could watch without having to cringe at any of the costumes or lyrics.

As much as I like Katy P, I thought that her performance was sub par. Quite frankly I think Missy Elliott was the best in this halftime show...

Thought Katy Perry was awesome, the lion was incredible and the finale was amazing. Really enjoyed this halftime show!

I adore her! She is the bomb!!!! Her show was awesome -- very high energy -- and just plain FUN!!! And best of all --- everyone could enjoy it!!! And it was not vulgar!!!!

She is the perfect combination of everything. Beauty, talent, glamour, silliness, fun - you name it -- she has it all!

I loved all the costume changes and the props! Of course --- Fireworks!! Was that not the best???

If I could be a music personality, I'd want to be her!!!!

She obviously works very hard but she makes it look so easy. And I love that she doesn't take herself so seriously.

My husband told me about that this morning. He was impressed with K Perry's show. Then the news came on CBS and they talked about the +/_ of the commercials. I didn't see any of it, I was asleep.

If lip synching has become the norm then where's the actual talent, with those in the studio? If all the running around precluded an actual performance, then really, why bother with it..? Just schedule a circus act or a dance team... Personally, I think the halftime shows have become over-produced and over-done, though they clearly have their moments...

Oh, the commercials... When did anyone ever expect to be watching TV for the commercials...? The annual conversation about the best Superbowl commercials is utterly goofy.
