Then I guess you all would not appreciate fugglers. The woman who makes them explained early on that the teeth are purchased from a dental supply business. The teeth aren't real human teeth, they're denture teeth. And the eyes are glass dolls' eyes.

I have no reason to think the teeth in the OP are any more from the body of a human than the teeth in the fuglers.
