A friend's little boy just had his first birthday and we were all talking about how we could eat him up and what juicy fat little thighs he had and we pretended to take a bite.

Is that what she maybe meant by the photos?

We certainly didn't mean it LITERALLY.

The photo with the duct tape pacifier is frightening and disturbing. Something is wrong with that grandmother and if she was my mother, I would never let her be around my child without supervision.

I'm not fond of those types of photos. If the pan was lined with a beautiful quilt or plush blanket, well.....maybe..........but not with potatoes, suggesting the worst, IMO.

Plus, using duct tape on baby's delicate skin is a 'no-no'. Duct tape is very strong and sticky. Very bad for baby's skin. Or anyone's skin.
