Heartfelt wishes to the family.

Elvis was such a talented singer and actor. 

Handsome, too, especially in his younger years. 

Slim, talented actor in several light-hearted movies.

I wish he would have taken better care of himself in his mid to later years.

Also, feeling very sorry for his deceased daughter.  

Reminding me of JFK Jr. and his wife and her sister.  

Tragic deaths.

Let's all be as careful as possible, always.

Situations sometimes are like that.......

We think we are doing the right thing when we are alive, but sometimes it ends up in the wrong hands who might not be able to handle or not experienced enough to handle businesses, finances, etc..

Sometimes it's better to have it handled by a trustworthy and honest legal management team, attorney, person, etc. 

Sometimes, in the long run. 

We just don't know what the future holds.

Wishing Pricilla and everyone good involved the best.  Employees, etc.

This happens more often than we know. Scammers are taking over.

It happened just a few months ago here in Georgia where someone forged documents and ended up with the house. The couple had the house for about 25 years and they had to leave. Don't know if they will ever get back their house.

There is a hearing this Thursday concerning Graceland.

Scammers are doing the same thing with rental properties and would be renters are loosing their money.

I loved this photo of a young Elvis hanging in the  Graceland museum across the street from the mansion. 

Elvis' grandson resembled him so much....

it would be wonderful if the family had come together prior to all of this to prevent something such as this from happening. hoping that maybe priscilla can "save it" in some way.......and possibly go back to maintaining the property? i wonder how her financial situation is?

It was on the news tonight that the notary who supposedly notarized this "loan" has filed an affidavit that he never met Lisa Marie, he never notarized any documents and he doesn't know why his name is on this document.

When attempts were made to contact this LLC, phone numbers were disconnected and emails bounced back.

SCAM ATTEMPT TO STEAL GRACELAND.  It's in the hands of the courts now.

Yes, I saw this on the evening news.  When you hear the entire story, particularly the part about the notary, it certainly seems as if this is an attempted scam.  The news anchor even commented to the reporter that this appears to be a criminal case, even though the suit to stop the sale is currently in civil court.  Criminal proceedings against this possibly fake company would seem to be the next step.

Thank you for the update! I havn't been able to follow the story since it broke. As I said when I started this thread, I was taken by surprise because I had just been there and loved my visit. I'm glad it's seems that it will work out. Aside from the legal costs!
