I had a delicate item for my parakeet come damaged... Poor packaging....Amazon is shipping it back cost free to me...credit on my card. No questions, no hassles.....fast easy...just love doing business with them(which I do ALL the time)

Free shipping IF you want yo take your package to a UPS pick up center. I needed to return 3 items a few days after Christmas. Each item had to be shipped separately (even though everything had been on 1 order), $6 per package if UPS was picking it up at my house. Plus, a LOT of my Christmas orders took more than 2 days to deliver! So much for me being a Prime member.

Got prime for Christmas. On my first order, they sent the wrong item. Turned into a big hassle. They are just okay. They handled it, as they should have.
