All of her merchandise on her site is on sale.  I guess she is winding down her business since she said it would be closed by the end of October.  It says "all sales final", so you can't return any items.  Anyone buying anything?

Lisa has beautiful items, however I won't be buying. I plan on moving the first quarter of 2024 and don't want additional items to pack.

@Alsace Gal , I fully understand.  Congrats and best wishes on your move.  

I haven't purchased anything from Lisa since June 2020.  Her items were really starting to become expensive and alot of her clothes were not pretty like they used to be when she first started her company.  All the items I did get, I really love them.

Does anyone know exactly what Lisa will be doing when she closes her business?  Some reports are that she and her husband will be in the travel business like that husband and wife team that coordinated Lisa's trips over the years (I think his name is Rick Carlson?).  If this is true, I wonder if this will make good money for Lisa and her DH.

I also see that Lisa's home is still for sale.  It's been up for sale since May.  She may need to rethink asking 4.5 million for that estate...JMO.

@kittykatkay I just watched one of her cooking videos last night and she said they still don't know what their next "business model" will look like.

I think a lot depends on the sale of her property. JMO

@LuvSoCal , thanks and I agree with you in depending on the sale of her property.  I think she will have to reduce the price as it has been on sale since May and nothing.

I think Lisa's business hasn't done well for the past 2-3 years and that is really the reason why she is shutting it down.  She had a good run, but they always say that a business critical years of success are years 5-10.  She has been in business for 7 years, so I don't think she has a choice but to close it since sales and traffic to her site has declined.

Not to change subjects, but I also see where Antonella is designing and selling her own jewelry on Silpada.  She showed it on Saturday night, but not many people commented on her FB page as they have done in the past.

She is selling this and her daughter is selling perfume and lotion on etsy site and portions of the proceeds go to Breast Cancer.  I wish Antonella well, but after Lisa Robertson sold jewelry that Antonella designed for about 3-4 times, the sales just plummeted after the second showings.  I think people were "worn out" or wasn't interested in her designs anymore.  I wish Antonella luck, but I don't see how she can make any money selling jewelry at JTV or Silpada with only a commission.  We shall see.

@kittykatkay  Lisa has a blog where she is advertising'travels with Lisa and Jeff'. Yes, she's hooked up with the Carlson guy. She already has people signed up for two of the travels in 2025. One is to Alaska and I can't remember where the other trip goes. I think they already took a group to Ireland. She posted pictures.

@proudlyfromNJ ., thanks.  I knew Lisa started these trips a few years ago working with Rick, but I was wondering if she was going into the travel business herself.  But as @LuvSoCal pointed out above, Lisa said yesterday that she didn't know what her and her husband were going to be doing after closing this business.  We shall see.

This is a picture of a ring that Antonella designed for Silpada.  She gets part of the proceeds and Breast Cancer gets some.  She has a ring, necklace and earrings in this design.

I personally don't need anymore jewelry but if I did, I really don't think this design is my style.  I think she said the ring is around $85.00.  Too expensive.  But, I wish her luck.
