The only reason she is sorry is because of the money, she said what she meant.
...according to you.
According to me, she is sorry.
To each their own.

Nothing about RB's tweets were a "joke" although she desperately wished everyone would take her racism and foolish remarks about other people as funny. Some people do and it is those that band together to ask "what's the big deal?". One word answer: *humanity* -- we are the big deal.

@Laura14ABC probably heard from their sponsors. No one will buy their products if they back a racist and they probably bailed. I wouldn't buy any product that continued to sponsor Rosanne.

It will absolutely be picked up and back on by the Fall @saltysails. Probably by the network that is doing Tim Allen's Last Man Standing that ABC just cancelled. Rosanne is not going anywhere but our living rooms.
Please do not include every one in your comments. Such beliefs and actions may be tolerated in your home, not in mine.
Sorry to offend but "our living rooms" is just a location and not a personal venue for anyone. Please forgive my being intrusive to your home and family @Drythe She still is not going away.

Racism transcends politics. Racial hatred is not a left or right issue. To think so suggests all conservatives are racists. That's a heinous way of thinking.
Indeed, Roseanne exercised free speech. The part that gets forgotten is that freedom of speech is not freedom from consequences. Her rant was offensive and deserving of consequences.

I wasn't impressed by her antics the first time around with this show, so I'm not surprised at anything she says and does now. I'm just surprised that she was welcomed back with open arms in the first place. She likes to foment discord, conspiracy theories, and prejudice. Buh Bye.

That vile woman won't be in MY living room.

I just heard Shepherd Smith's 'take' on this story. I found it to be "fair and balanced".

And I know just the one that will scoop the show up with glee.
