I too loved that Mag. It was my entry into satire, long long before SNL, The Daily Show, Laugh In, The Smothers Brothers Hour, Poliitically Incorrect, Real Time, etc. etc. I love biting, no holds barred satire that blatantly goes where others would not.

I LOVED MAD magazine as a kid!

At 66, I still watch old movies/TV shows and recall MAD's parodies.

Guess my vintage stack of Mad magazines (with unfolded back page) just increased in value.

It was pretty popular when I worked in my brothers book store.

When I was a young teen, I bought MAD magazine faithfully!  I thought it was hysterically funny.  My BFF and I would take turns buying it and would wear the pages out!  Sorry to say that I think this magazine helped shape my kind of warped, and quirky sense of humor!  LOL!  I think it was really an awesome publication and ahead of its time when it first came out.

I didn't know it was still around. I remember this being my cousin's favorite magazine.
