Good thoughts needed for my Mom

I have posted for my Mom in the past, and she has always been uplifted by your posts. Two days ago she fell over the cat, and wrenched, badly, her other knee - not the leg that has had 3 surgeries last year. Right now she is on bedrest as the doctors try to get the bulk of the swelling down and make a decision re further treatment. She is very down. My Dad and I are setting up my laptop for her use. Do you think you could send her some thoughts or something to make her laugh?
