Last night and so far today they keep saying the TSV is 26 items for the one low price. Even last night, I was lying there counting the products and only came to 12. It seems they are counting each color in the eye shadow kits.

When Pat was presenting today, she kept saying 12 items (which is a good enough number, IMO), but the vendor kept saying 26. It was a silent battle between them, but it was pretty comical. Pat was counting the eye shadow kits as two products, which is correct.

Not that I plan to watch all day, but I will check in occasionally to see how many of the hosts will say "26" and how many will be brave, like Pat, and say "12."

Imagine if they were selling just one of the eye shadow kits . . . would they be presenting that as 8 products? NO! They would just say there are 8 colors in the kit.

Sometimes I wonder if they think we are all nitwits.

I'm wondering if the vendor is grasping at straws to sell the TSV. They presented it at 7:55 as they always do, then they presented it again at 8:30. To me, that means it's not moving.

I don't know what has been happening the rest of the day as I only saw the morning show.

Just noticed Amy Stran is hawking the ""26 full-sized items"" claim on this TSV.

I wouldn't buy this TSV if they were selling it for a dollar. I'm really annoyed by this obvious misrepresentation. I'd like to send an email to the Q about this. Does anyone know the email address?

12 or 26 -- just too much ""stuff"". No one needs that many eyeshadows. Just adds to the clutter I always end up throwing away.

That does seem to be stretching it but to defend the hosts, the pressed eyes shadows on the Tarte website are .06oz and the ones in the TSV are .07 so they are all full sized shadows.

But still, I would count the palettes as 2 items.

Yes, me too. Because we would never see them sell a .07 little square of eye shadow as one item. What could they possibly charge for it? Sandra was saying last night that the price divided by the amount of products would make each product about $2.10 each. But she was using "26" as the number of items, not 12. And I like Sandra. I guess she has to do what she's told to do.

Oh well, not the end of the world I guess . . . just annoying and unnecessary.
