No nukes have been mentioned to the best of my knowledge. But let's not treat this little dictator as some benefactor. Trumped up charges, prison and hard labor. I want to hear what the real story is of their arrest, their treatment in prison, if nothing else to point out once again that this dictator is brutal, violent, and not to be trusted.
