Good Gosh I've Shrunk

I hear everyone talk about body changes, or how someone looks different. However, in myself nothing seems more obvious than how short I've become 😂.
I have to have a formal dress altered, yep length unless I want to look like Mortesha from the Adams Family.
If I wear stilts or stilletos I will fall and break my face so a whole 12 inches has to be cut off this dress. And then I buy shoes. Aye yi yi....so much for 5 hours in a formal day lol.
I use to have legs from here to there ..now, I have legs from here to nowhere lol.

You're not the only one. I can no longer reach the top shelf of the kitchen cabinet. Many of my favorite jeans in my stash are now too long. Too bad my thighs didn't get the shrinkage memo.

@katie1859 I'm shrinking too. The first I noticed was not being able to reach the top shelf of my kitchen cabinets. (I never listened to the nurse when she took my height at my checkups). Then, I put on a jacket I haven't won in a few years and I wondered why it seemed so long. Not sure how long this can go on before I'm in the children's department at Kolh's. Hahaha!

Oh yes. I've lost an inch in height and it's taken up residence around my waist. With some friends.

I used to be almost 5'10", and now 8.5" tall. I didn't want to accept it but now when they ask I yell out I'm 5'8.5" tall. Oy.

Oh and I stretch and it seems to lengthen me but after a few hour's it goes right back.

My BF I've noticed wears shorts in daytime here in Florida. I've been looking lately and can't find his knee's anymore meaning the shorts got longer. His leg's have gotten shorter. This is an avid tennis player, bicyclist and yoga enthusiast too.. It doesn't work folks. lol.

Grocery shopping is becoming difficult at my height. I have the worse time reaching items on the top shelves. I've dangerously stepped on the bottom shelf just to get what I need. If I get luckily someone is around to reach it for me. Any shorter and I will need to carry one of those long handled reachers with me!

@Biftu I have and so far could still help you with that but not by much anymore. haha.
