I ordered a bunch of stuff from Oriental Trading Company.

The order was missing one item (I had ordered 4 and they sent 3)

I called a few days later when I realized the error and with a five minute phone call ( a human answered the phone no 'press 1 for this press 2 for that') a replacement was ordered and shipped to me.

Actually I was given a choice of a $5 coupon for a futere order, a credit to my credit card or a replacement item. I chose the replacement item because these are treats for Halloween and i have plenty of time.

THAT is good customer service!
