Blast from the 1950s. A Chicken Fat song was part of an exercise program for grade school kids so we could keep up with the Russians. I don't remember if those are the exact same lyrics or not.

That was a blast from my past when I first heard the commercial the other day. We warmed up to Chicken Fat in grammar school gym class in the 60's.

yep, I remember it well...actually it was kind of fun. Much better than climbing the rope...we didn't have gym suits in grammar school and my mom insisted on me always wearing dresses ${#emotions_dlg.blushing}$ .

Dresses were required for me throughout my school years. Those horrid PE bloomers started up in jr high.
