Rest in Peace. I believe he had Alzheimer's so maybe it is a blessing.

As Nancy Reagan said - 'it's the long good bye'. 'I'll Be Me' was terrific- as a tribute to Glen, I'm sure it'll be available to watch in the coming days.

@Ibby114 and @Greeneyedlady21 - ITA. I remember seeing an interview with his daughter right before he went into a long-term care facility. She said they couldn't leave him alone for ONE minute. She turned her back once and he was eating a whole container of glue.

His family gave him all that they could. Now they deserve a rest too.

@chihuahuamom - I'm sorry for your loss and for your heartache for many years. Everyone has struggles and times it's hard to persevere, but Alzheimer's patients' caregivers are special angels.

My mom loved his music and we would listen together all the time.

I knew nothing about him but I loved his voice!

I am listening to Rhinestone Cowboy right now.

This is music that I knew all the words to and a world I was happy in.

If I remember correctly, he had a very successful career as a studio musician and song writer, and stars who worked with Glen finally persuaded him to record on his own. He was a talented man. That darn disease has caused so much heartache.
