So glad my patience paid off, I was very tempted to sign up for the new board, but didnt, really happiest to stay right here, been here almost 19 years. Welcome back, friends!!!

FWIW - I was away and didn't try to get on the forums, so I missed the beginning of this debacle! Saturday, or maybe Sunday, I noticed I couldn't log on then realized I wasn't the only one. I emailed the Social Team. Melvin emailed me right back and said there were technical difficulties and they were working on them. That's all I needed to hear. Whatever the actual cause was I knew we would have our forums back!

Wow! thought I would try again to log into this forum and it let me in ! It's been about 2 weeks I think since I could log on along with others so it's nice to see the forum allowing us back on again.

@PamfromCT - Glad we are able to post again. QVC has more tech problems than their IT dept. can handle. I did a live chat trying to find out the problem and they said my account had been de-activated (why?) and to reset my password. They emailed me a link to reset and when I tried a msg. came up saying it was not available. There were so many complaints, you'd think the could be honest with their customers. I guess because QVC's initials don't contain an "H" there is no honesty! Glad to be back!
