I'm thinking maybe a mailed care package for both you aunt and uncle.  Nice lotion, chocolates or other sweets, maybe a gift certificate for someplace to eat, and an item (socks, pillowcase) from a company called "notes to self".  I'm not associated with them but have given several of their socks as gifts.  There are retailers throughout the country which sell their items.  They believe in positive affirmations when waking up and again at night.  I highly recommend their socks!
