I use apple cider vinegar to remove mine. Tea tree oil works too but would probably burn your eyes. It eats up a huge mole in about 5 days! No scar.  Keep it covered with a band aid. Seriously! Google it.  I hate needles!

I used tee tree oil twice a day for a month and all it did was burn my skin to the point I had to quit using it.  It  didn't affect the skin tags one iota.  I also tried clear nail Polish.  It doesn't stick to skin very well and the tag stayed in place.  I've also heard to keep them covered with tape... didn't try that one.
