Getting a refund on an item that has gone on sale

If I buy something regular price and it goes on sale less than a month after purchase - can I get the benefit of the sale price ?

Great - I just sent an email.  The item was ordered on November 18th

 

Today is Dec 15th

 

That 27 days so I should be good !

If anyone is wondering how long it took for Customer Care to handle this refund  -  from the time I sent the email to CC to receiving a reply regarding the refund - maybe 20 minutes MAYBE ... I was doing Hot Girls Things and did not expect things to happen so quickly !
