Getting Signed Out Too Quickly from Order Status!!

I'm getting signed out way too quickly out of Order Status.

 

For example, I just had to sign back in less than 10 minutes!!! I'm constantly checking the status of my orders and what is going on in the forums. 

 

I also don't see why I need to sign in twice; once for order status and the other for the forums. I get it. It's like having two separate accounts for those that don't participate in the QVC community but for those that do, one sign in should sign you into all your accounts. 

 

So PLEASE leave me signed in for a reasonable amount of time! I know this is a security feature but every 10 minutes is not practical!! 2 hours more or less is acceptable IMO.

I agree! I'm always being bumped out -- if I want to reply, I sign in. BUT, to check order status, have to sign in all over again. Then if I want to go back to the Forums and maybe reply to something, have to do it all over again. All this in the space of maybe 15 minutes.

 

Someone should be able to program this! When I sign in to my email, I continue to be signed in until I sign out myself.
