I am shocked at the price i got to install one, almost $8,000              .

When you lose some one you L~O~V~E, that Memory of them, becomes a TREASURE.

A generator.  They come in different sizes, but for that price I would hope it's a whole-house one.

I haven't priced them myself.  I know they are pricey but if you can afford it, they are well worth the peace of mind you get with one.  We talked about it for years but just don't need to shell out the money right now.  We have a Honda portable generator that we can use when necessary.

We bought a new house in June, and we took our Generac.  It was almost $7000 and I didn't want to leave it.  LOL

If your power goes out often then that would be a very nice convenience..we were out for ten days once and that would have have been so nice.We had to throw out a lot of food and couldn’t have a shower.

rWe were lucky to have two gas fireplaces that kept the house decently warm.
