We get reminders through MyChart.  We get a phone call reminder for appointments.

I signed up for text alerts and emails about test results and messages.

I notice if you don't answer the phone or call back to confirm your appointment, they will call daily.

I think we may go to the same provider ... they certainly don't let you forget!

We probably do, @SoX.  We're probably not too far from each other either.  LOL

Indoorkitty: Happened to us. DH had a talk w/whomever does the reminders and we only get one. Also we do not give out cellphone numbers. In fact,mine is uauallt turned off. If asked at a new place I say we do not have E-Mail or cell phone.

They will send a text and right after the text I will get a call. I usually write my appointment on a post it and put it on my bedroom mirror.
