Someone tried to make a similar allegation here. The truth is Mike Brown's mother had an altercation with a relative (former MIL, I think) who was selling t-shirts with her son's image on them. From what I remember there was a fight and a police report was made, but no one was arrested.

Unfortunately the 3 sites where I read articles would be classified as, um, to the right at the next stoplight. One, the NY Daily News, is reporting the investigation has not been completed by the Ferguson PD. They will have to decide whether to charge his mom and others with felony armed robbery. [That ought to end well.] Felony because of the amount taken and value of the shirts. {Friday, Nov 7 date on the article}

Ahh. Got it. Why are some invested in making this grieving family out to be criminals? Isn't it enough they vilified the teen? They did this with Trayvon Martin too.

I'm not too sure how I'd react if I came upon my EX-MIL selling t-shirts with my dead son's name and photo on them....... Although if the reported amount of people involved is correct, the EX was way outnumbered.
