In DFW, the situation is getting better.  Refueling of gas stations is occurring more frequently. While there are many stations without gas, those that do have gas don't have all pumps operating. But, I went out this afternoon and had no issue -- found a working pump, no wait, and I was on my way. Yes, the price was up but it wasn't exhorbitant.
