Great episode, I didn't think the last scene was that bad.

I'm just not that invested. {#emotions_dlg.sad}

they really are good books - very rich in detail and you get insight to the inner workings of the characters thoughts and motives, something you cannot get in the series.

I highly recommend them - they are huge, but they are great reads - I went thru them quickly the first read thru! The only complaint I have is that I keep flipping from where I was back to the front (to look at the maps) and then to the back (where a quick guide to the characters and their houses were)

I could not watch the scene of the eye gouging and face splitting. I just turned away. Boy, those people were barbarians!! Blood thirsty, everyone. I love the show in spite of the violence. It is so unique and filled with such great characters, whether bad or good. I love it like I loved "Breaking Bad".
