I don't have any saved, so I can't try to duplicate it.

In the thread from @Keyai there's a notice about some photos being sideways or upside down, and that makes me wonder if there's also a bug with some of the animated images?  You might want to add a comment on his thread since he's requesting info about any problems or suggestions.

Well.....now that this problem has been solved.....wonder how long we will have to wait for the PRINT SIZE AND BACKGROUND  COLOR to be fixed.  Hope they are working on that NOW.......
