Is anyone other than myself  having issues with reading the reviews.  I tap on the READ REVIEWS button and it takes to the WRITE A REVIEW section.  Better yet, it takes me to a place near the bottom of the page where it states, "Reviews, page 1" and when you click on that link it jumps to page 2, WITH NO REVIEWS SHOWN AT ALL.   Hmmm, leads you to think something suspicious. 

 

QVC--- GET WITH IT.  YOU MAKE PLENTY OF MONEY ON SHIPPING FEES, FIX YOUR I.T. ISSUES!

Hi @Ladyguin520 try clearing your cookies and maybe changing browsers that may help.

I am having the same problem recently. I should not have to change my browser or clear cookies as I've never had this problem in the past, only recently and nothing has changed on my computer.

I haven't been able to read reviews on some products lately either.  And I clear my history, cookies, etc. daily.

@Ladyguin520   I know what QVC charges me for shipping, but I have absolutely no idea what percentage of their profit comes from that shipping charge. 

 

Can you explain why you know that is true -  you did put it in capital latters, so I want to see what facts got you to that conclusion?

Hi @Ladyguin520 I checked with our Product Information Department and they are not seeing issues with reivews, they asked for the Item Number you are having difficulty with.

It's actually irrelevant, though I believe it's been stated in financial reports that shipping is a profit center for them. Regardless, If they're going to field a website, they should ensure it works and it shouldn't be up to customers to 'shop' browsers to access all aspects of the site, though I realize the suggestion was made in the effort to be helpful.

I was experiencing the same thing. Clearing cookies or using a different browser doesn't help.

 

The problem stems from the Q's pages loading so slowly. What that means is you need to wait extra long (count to 10) then hit the the 'Read reviews' link. That works for me. Try it for yourself and see.

@millieshops    Somebody, usually @Spurt, always posts the Q quarterly and annual reports.  The importance of postage is often discussed there.  In fact you can often pick up some interesting tidbits.
