It's a shame because I suspect a lot of this returned stuff never gets used, just makes a trip to the dump.

@Another new name Sue That what I think happens to alot of that stuff.  All this over an electric toothbrush!  Good Grief!!

 

I did get another one and all the parts were there and i love it.

 Likely alot of these sets with a missing item get put back on the shelf , hoping the next customer just doesn't notice. The  sonic replacement heads are not cheap  and you have to look around for them to fit you machine
