DH and I went outside a little while ago; turned off our outside lights and took in the full view.

We just got back from walking the dog.  The moon was interesting, with what looked like a beard hanging down.  The dog wasn't impressed though.  He's a tough character😏

I went outside twice to try to see it. Clouds were obscuring it both times. It was definitely very bright.

I was looking for a pink moon, but ours looked more yellow too.  It was still a pretty sight, though.

Thanks, I read that but still hoped to see something like what was in the OP's photo.  😊
