One of the reasons I continue to question all this is we just recently found out NOAA cooked the numbers on warming. If you look back over data the whole thing is a cycle back and forth.

What's your source for that claim, please?
NOAA is not responsible for all the info and studies on global warning. All you have to do is google the disappearing arctic ice shelf and you will be informed.
The warming of the oceans of the world leads to melting ancient ice, ice that has been in place for centuries. What could happen because of that? The animals there start dying (look up that happening to polar bears), and ocean water evaporates at a greater rate.
Why should we care about water evaporation? Because what goes up, must come down, and it does. On America in the form of heavy rain and snow. THAT has already happened for several years, now.
GLOBAL WARMING = DANGEROUS WEATHER EXTREMES

I know. Your two Russian scientists pulled in a bundle at that seminar they held on the coming ice age.

caf, the claim about NOAA was false.
Nothing False About Temperature Data
Gary Palmer falsely claimed on a radio show that temperature data used to measure global climate change have been “falsified” and manipulated.

Don't count on staying cool in Alaska. They've had little snow the past two winters and have been plagued with forest fires all summer. You just don't hear much about what's going on there.
Weve had a heat wave past few days, same one as Arizona but we've stayed a chilly 99 degrees. I just stay inside and pretend that it's January in Minnesota.
It's the altitude that knocks me out in ALBQ!!!!
@Desertdi You adjust to it pretty quickly. I never even think about it.

Technically, we're in a cooling spell, and more people die from the cold than high heat temps.
Given that hat there have been over 100 scandals re: temp changes (making the past look colder,), how could anything be predicted accurately? There's a lot of money to be made in warming theories.

There is by far more money in disclaiming warming trends.

Who is making money from carbon credits? Deionizing coal and fossil fuel, and subsidizing clean energy companies which have failed ? Over 150 billion of tax payer dollars wasted.

If we're lucky, we'll eventually find out which predictions are true. If not, well........... (Just hoping for the best, no matter what.)

LOL, you act like the subject of clean energy is a bad thing. ![]()
