Friend died of a massive heart attack-age 56

She never got around to watching her diet. Last time she left a jacket at my house, she was up to a 3X. He arteries were clogged: dinner for her was often a plate of nachos at a popular bar & grill & some wine.

Good nutrition & weight managment isn't about vanity ladies, it is about living.
