I find the sheets to be convenient as well, @faeriemoon . I have been buying these from Amazon for a couple of years.

These have 4.8 stars as well; they're probably all made in the same factory under different names.

I do not use a metal knife/utensil on lettuce. I hand tear it apart. If I don't & leave it as a whole head, it'll get those brown streaks/spots.
