I am going off of memory but I want to say the free shipping last year was during Christmas in July, on Veteran's Day and a few weeks before Christmas.  

 

ETA:  That was for everything.  There were also free shipping days just on certain categories like beauty and kitchen sprinkled in as well around Fall I believe.
