Free Shipping on ALL Today's Special Value Items

It would be really nice if all of the TSVs had FREE shipping and handling. There have been many items (like today's Temp-tations set 2/15/12) that I would really like to order, but the S/H charges are too steep for me. If all TSVs were free s/h, it would make it more affordable to most of us.
