At the very least, they could deduct the continental S&H charge for HI and AK.

I'm sure all of us are frustrated, at one time or another, when we don't have access to what others do because of our location. I'd love to have a Trader Joe's, Wegmans, In-N-Out Burger, Macy's, Bloomingdales, Yankee Candle, and many other stores that are nowhere near where I live but are enjoyed conveniently by others. At the end of the day, it's my choice to live where I do, and it's not the problem or fault of any of those above mentioned businesses for not being accessible to me.

Anyone take advantage of the free shipping yet? I did.

I cancelled an order I placed yesterday and replaced it this morning to get the free shipping.

I ordered a Kipling mini crossbody purse that I'd been thinking about.

I ordered another set of the Connemara Marble Nativity and Wise Men for a gift.

I think that's going to be it for me. Items I'd been thinking about anyway.

Still glad they're listening, but I already bought what I wanted.

I don't mind the $3 shipping generally, so it wasn't a huge deal. Until I thought about a piece of luggage that was delivered recently that was $7 shipping!! I decided to look at at my wish list and saw 2 pairs of tall boots (one Isaac, one Mark Fisher) I was considering several months back- but the $12+ shipping for each pair kept me from ordering. I bought them today!
