Oh, yes THANK YOU QVC for listening to your customers. Well, not all of us. Thank you QVC for ignoring your AK & HI customers. Once again, mainland customers get to take advantage of free shipping while we get to pay upwards of $15 shipping on everything. That is FABULOUS customer service. Y'all ROCK!

I have been debating for a week about ordering a CIJ item because the shipping was $11.00 for two of the light weight items. That was over 25% of the total cost.

Late Saturday evening I caved and ordered the items anyway.

I am so glad I woke up and saw that the Q was offering free shipping on all items. I was able to cancel that order and reorder with free shipping.

Free shipping is only available to people living on the Continental U S. Why?

That is sooooo unfair!!!

Previously, whenever free shipping was offered, it applied to every one, regardless where you lived.

Please tell us why!!!

I just cancelled all my outstanding orders and reordered to get the free shipping. I ordered two pairs of the upcoming Clark's tsv and got the free shipping. Look over your outstanding orders and cancel them. You can reorder and get the free shipping on those items.
