@Mistreatedbycs  There is no usually.   It's very rare and I don't think there is any method to it.   There is usually something special for Q's Founder's Day back in June, but I don't think that was a free shipping day (that's usually EZ pays).  

 

There is no predicting it.

The q has been experimenting with free shipping for an item category.  Like they did with shoes and pocketbooks last week.  I only remember free shipping on everything happening once less than a year ago.
