I've been a long time customer too. I've spent a lot, but I don't care. I'm happy some got a nice surprise. They may have just evaluated the past year and I've returned a lot of items.

Some said they "recycled" the mug. Are there places that recycle ceramic? I'm used to recycling only paper, cardboard, plastic, glass, steel, and aluminum. They must have used "recycled" as a euphemism for something else.

I have not received a mug either, though I really don't need one. Especially a cheap one made in china like someone else mentioned......LOL I do however, feel they should give long time customers who have spent multiple thousands free shipping all the time and discounts once inawhile would be appreciated. I've said it before, that's why I prefer LL Bean though they don't carry all that the Q does, items are better quality and great incentives if you have their credit card!

@LindaSal. I frequently purchase from LL Bean. Although I don’t have their card, they frequently offer sales and codes for free shipping.

@Shanus Hi there! I absolutely love their cc because I get "Bean bucks" for every dollar I spend so I always have $$ available on my account if I order something, free shipping for returns too and free monogramming!! It's great. Plus everyone has a whole year to return an item if they are not happy.
