Over the weekend we stopped at a Dunkin Donuts to get me some iced coffee. Mr Sunny wanted a soda so I suggested he walk over to Wendy's next door to get his free soda for seniors.
When he came back he said he'd never do that again. He gave the guy his order for the senior drink, and the guy asked what else. When Mr Sunny replied that was it, the guy said, "You gotta be kidding!"
To me, that was very rude of the employee. They do offer a free drink to seniors. You don't have to buy anything to get it, so what's the big deal?
I still think there's nothing wrong with getting a free drink without a purchase. What do you think?
Sunny
