My account was hijacked because the card was sent to an incorrect address and I never received it. Everything you're seeing was done without my consent or knowledge. I never received the card in the mail and multiple orders were processed without my knowledge. By the time I called in to report the card as not being received the account had already been maxed out and closed. Thats why I filed a fraud claim with Synchrony who closed the card and refunded all the money and set me up with a new card after they corrected all of my information like address and phone number. In addition, I was instructed to file a police report and fraud affidavit that I attached to this email. However, no one seems to understand or even acknowledge what has happened and keep skipping over whats taken place and tell me repeating that the account has been closed due to multiple orders not being received which is 100% true. I did not receive any of these orders and thats because I didn't place them as they were sent to an address that I'm not associated to. I need a manager to contact me ASAP. I have spoken to customer service multiple times and reassured that my account has been closed and a new one set up only to have that new account closed shortly after. Im stuck in this circle of bad information and false expectations. I would hope that QVC wouldn't allow for something like this to continue affecting one of their customers and allow them to continue being billed for all these unauthorized orders. Yes Im still being billed for all of these orders on my new card. This needs to be addressed and stopped. Again I need someone from management to help me because customer service has failed to do their job and I am paying for QVCs failures to safeguard my account and allow tremendous fraud to impact my accounts and credit reports. Real life damage has taken place and continues to get worse with each day that passes. Its simply unacceptable and fully expect QVC to do their part in resolving the matter. So far Synchrony and myself are the only ones doing their part and making sure our responsibilities have been met. Now its QVCs turn to do the same. I have contacted and spoke to customer service multiple times and I've been told that my account has been restored and only to find out shortly after that's not the case. I've been told that the old account has been removed a new account opened and my credit card attached to this new account and only is short few minutes later find that it's disabled once again. Customer service has done nothing but send me in a circle of false expectations and no follow through. I've been promised one thing and something different happens each time. I have no confidence that customer service can be of assistance at this point. Therefore I filed the police report and filed a fraud affidavit in addition to uploading those to the Better Business bureau's website in a complaint. I don't know what else to do at this point. Contact an attorney I'm not sure. Is it worth that not really. But when you look at how this is impacting my life my credit and my finances I have to ask myself am I doing all that I can to fix the issue. I know for one thing that is certain QVC is not. I will continue to leave reviews and feedback on all social media platforms that are available and have agreed to contact or speak to the local media in my Better Business Bureau complaint. Perhaps maybe then I'll be heard. I doubt it.

Re: Fraud gone unresolved

@Ricky Cronin - Why is this being posted on "Community Chat"?  No one here can help you.  (This is simply a chat forum for other customers.)

Also, if you want anyone to actually read what you've written, some paragraphs would be a good idea.

@Ricky Cronin Since this is your first post, allow me to be the first to WELCOME you to the Forums!😊

Please contact the QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and explain your dilemma! They will at least be able to point you in the right direction, as none of us here can help. This is A LOT lot of information to sift through, but I do not see where you mentioned speaking to a MANAGER yet! They might be able to better assist you.😊

It can be SO overwhelming having to navigate a VERY complicated issue like this. I EMPATHIZE with you, and sincerely HOPE you will have helpful answers SOON!!!🤞

In addition to the Social Team, I would send a copy of this email Special Delivery/Addressee Only to the CEO of QVC. If you can get a free initial session with an attorney, you might want to get some legal advice in that your credit record is at stake.

@Ricky Cronin For the future it's too hard for me to read the tiny font and you can make a larger font by clicking on font family and the number to make it larger.

I will kindly say that using paragraphs is easier to read than one long post, which is another reason I couldn't read most of it.

I agree this long post needs to be broken up into paragraphs.  I didn't read it.

I am very sorry you are going through this.  While your post is difficult to read - after all you are new to this! - I do feel you should follow advice to see if you can resolve this on your own by following a few suggestions here.  If not, you certainly should consult with an attorney.  Best of luck to you!

I would not expect police to drop investigating murders, school shootings, suicides, child abuse, robberies, serious car accidents, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, gang activities, drug dealers, etc etc to look into financial fraud unless the fraud was a huge dollar amount.

Priorities. You got your money back. Synchrony did the right thing. Synchrony is still investigating behind the scenese. Be happy.

Every city and this whole country has huge problems and a credit card with $1000 or $5000 limit may not be at the top of the list.

Yes, TLDR.  Needs to be broken up into paragraphs.
