Found the Recumbent Bike we want today - I am so excited to start using it!!!

I am not off to a good start diet wise this year - I was, then wasn't, then was, then wasn't. Too many stops and starts.

So, we found a recumbent bike we are buying on March 10 (it goes on sale that day) - it's a Nordic Track.

So my plan is to make protein/fruit shakes for one meal and eat WW for dinner - breakfast I always eat oatmeal or eggs.

I hope I love it - I watch a lot of TV in the evening so now I can be moving while I do it!

I also plan on doing some weight training.

Please wish me luck because like I said I am way off schedule!{#emotions_dlg.blush}

Any tips??????
