I found this show a few weeks ago and I'm hooked. I love how she decorates with old gate's she finds along the road side. A sweet fun couple I/ we find enjoyable to watch. I need to check their Facebook page out.

Theres a blogger i follow, Kara Tippletts, who recently discovered the show online. Kara is dying of cancer. Right before Chrtimas Joanna Gaines showed up at her home iand decorated it for Christmas! I thought that was so sweet since Kara doesnt live in TX. Kara is and her hubsand have four young children.

I watch several of these shows mentioned. DH can't keep them straight so the other night he asked me it I was going to watch.....Love It Or Flip It...

I heard that she made more shows last year. She works out of Toronto.

HGTV will probably pick up those new episodes too...LOVE her style!

I love Sara Richardson and Tommy--though Sara likes prints and sometimes they are a bit intrusive. Those two are wonderful together and very engaging as cohosts. I didn't enjoy as much the shows without Tommy.

I loved the series when they decorated her summer home, though.

I will look forward to the new shows. I never liked Candace Olsen's style that much, but she is still so easy to watch and did have good tips on decorating. It's been a long time since she did this, but she lost me during the season she put fabric on the wall in multiple episodes. Makes for a great "reveal" change, but allergy city! I am sensitive to dust and don't want dust catching from floor to ceiling, which is what fabric does.

After filming, it seems like the homeowner would need to choose which decor items to keep or be removed and pay the designer retail cost for each item kept.

Does anyone here know if that is the process? Or somehow there is a total fee and it's up the the homeowner to keep or sell the items?
