After watching Shawn interview Laura Geller, she mentioned that she lives in an apartment building in NYC. You can be sure it's a high end building in a better neighborhood with a door man and other famous people living there, etc.
I'm sure that I could never afford to live in her building but I still have a nice house.
I hope we don't judge people based on whether they live on a "high end", or a "low end". Sounds silly to me. One of the best things about NYC is there is assisted housing in the same block as expensive housing in most/many neighborhoods. I think it's good. Being exposed to different things. Maybe we learn something.
We lived in an apartment building in NY in the 80's which we bought. No landlord. When someone like Laura Geller talks about living in an apartment building it usually means she paid for it.
Sold the apartment in NY and what we bought and sold it for could have paid for two houses in Florida.
Who knows if Jennifer bought the apartment? Here in Georgia some apartments in certain area are called townhouses which can be bought for whatever you can afford.

@monicakm you can put holes but you have to first get permission. My goddaughter asked about putting a TV on a wall and the answer was yes but she has to make sure before she moves out that the holes are patched and painted.
All I asked him for is the paint color which we bought to make sure that she has it. If it's not patched and painted, they will keep as much of her deposit which is $2,300.

There are many things JC says that annoy the heck out of me but this would not have been one of them.

To summarize, do not let the OP know anything about what could b perceived to be an upgrde in life. To do so will result in cryptic "she had to let us know" threads.

One thing I don't 'get' is why anyone would follow a QVC host on Social Media?
The OPs thread is much ado about nothing, Jen made a simple statement.....Big deal....found nothing bragging in it.

David Venable has 540,000+ followers on Facebook.
That is remarkable.
He is a huge, valuable talent and television personality for Qurate/QVC.
Yes, a celebrity and personality with an enormous fan base that purchases items during his shows.
Very wise of Qurate to exploit this Fandom as much as possible.

It wouldn't surprise me if David had the most Facebook followers for a host on QVC.

He absolutely does!
The second most popular has only about one-half of his fans and followers!
